There is a banner hung in front of the Citibank Office at downtown Central. The banner reads: "Do Not Travel to Singapore for Vacation" .

Many unhappy investors who had lost money from their investment with Citibank are now targeting Singapore because Singapore Government is a major shareholder of Citibank.
